If a buyer disputes a charge, it comes through Stripe on your payout account. We'll help you answer it with the order, ticket and door check-in records.
Service fee 3.5% + $1.59 per paid ticket, lower than Eventbrite. Pass it to buyers and you receive your ticket price minus about 30ยข per order that Stripe keeps, or cover it yourself. Pick per event.
